The Manage page provides you with an overview of all the work that is currently in the Workflow Manager system. The information on the Manage page is most commonly used by production managers and production coordinators in an organization.
Search and filter jobs
Complete these steps to search for and filter jobs in Workflow Manager:
- Access Workflow Manager
- Click the Manage tab.
The Manage page appears.
Note:
If you don’t have sufficient privileges, you won’t see the Manage tab.
- Click the Search tab if it's not already active.
- Search for jobs using one of the following methods:
- Click a predefined shared search in the Shared section.
- Type a keyword or a SQL expression in the Search Jobs text box.
The search you entered is saved in the Recent section of the Seach panel.
Note:
Searches that don’t fall under the categories in the Shared section are custom searches and saved in the Recent section during the session. If you sign out of the Workflow Manager web app, they won’t be saved. Hover over a custom search and click the Edit Search button to edit it or click the Delete button to delete it.
Jobs that match the search parameters appear in the List panel.
Upgrade jobs
When a job's workflow diagram has been updated, you can upgrade the job to use the new workflow diagram.
Complete the following steps to upgrade a job.
Note:
If you don’t have sufficient privileges, you can't upgrade jobs.
- Locate the job you want to upgrade.
- Click the job in the List panel.
The Details panel appears.
Note:
You can also click a job in the job list on the Work page and expand the Details panel.
- Click the More Actions button on the Details panel and click Upgrade Job.
Jobs that have been upgraded can't be reverted.
Note:
A job can't be upgraded when a step on the job is running, when the current step on the job has been deleted from the workflow diagram, or when the job is closed.
Delete jobs
Complete the following steps to delete a job.
Note:
If you don’t have sufficient privileges, you can't delete jobs.
- Locate the job you want to delete.
- Click the job in the List panel.
The Details panel appears.
Note:
You can also click a job in the job list on the Work page and expand the Details panel.
- Click the More Actions button on the Details panel and click Delete Job.
A confirmation message appears.
- Click Yes to delete the job, or click No to cancel.
Jobs that have been deleted can't be recovered.
